Wear Mfg. to bring you this Limited Edition Rockmount
Hop Shirt, a beautiful hand-stitched Western shirt in both ladies
and mens styles that blends the beautifully embroidered hop vines and
cones with classic Rockmount details.
Rockmount
Western Wear is a uniquely American company founded by a unique American. Papa
Jack Sweil is now 106 years old and quite likely the oldest active CEO
in the country, if not the world. Jack started Rockmount
in 19… and still makes his way to the office every day. And
he wears shirts older than you. A lot older.
When
most companies were looking for ways to manufacture cheaper goods in
faraway lands, Rockmount remained stubborn about quality and believed
in the notion that people would be willing to pay a little more for a
better product. And so Jack went on making products of uncompromising
quality and handcrafted detail.
Not
unlike some brewers I know, come to think of it.
And
so it was natural that when I started to look into a high-end hop embroidered
shirt to go with our existing Hop Hawaiian shirts, Rockmount was the
first place I turned.
And
I have not been disappointed. We knew they are tremendous shirtmakers,
but we were still amazed. TheWe curling hop vines and plump
cones were designed with the feeling they would have to be reduced, thickened
or otherwise modified to allow for embroidery. But no change was
needed and the results have far exceeded our hopes. And we are sure you
will agree that this is one special shirt you will want to iron and hang
and care for…and wear as often as you can for as long as it lasts. Or
you do.
And
when it comes to lasting, well, the people at Rockmount are experts at
that too. Talk to Jack about it. He’s at the store
most days.
